Interactive Estate Planner

For most people, a basic estate plan consists of a Simple Will, Durable Power of Attorney and Health Care Directive. If you are married, everything goes to the surviving spouse. If you are divorced or widowed and have children, they share equally.  Of course, each estate plan is different, but all basic plans begin with the same intake information.

To facilitate this process, we have set up a simple form for you to fill out and submit. After we get your information, we will set up a time for you to come in and review the documents and sign.  We encourage you to take advantage of this streamlined process.
